- bank transfer: once the order is confirmed, an email will be sent with all the bank details. We will process your order once the bank transfer has been made. To shorten the process you can send the bank transfer documentation by fax at +39.0733811430 o by email to info@scssecuritycard.it .

 - cash on delivery*: Payment by cash must be made on delivery to the courier (checks are not allowed)
* there is an extra charge that will be specified before the confirmation of the order.

Shipping and costs

Any shipping costs will be specified prior to the confirmation of the order.
Delivery times might vary upon destination, with a maximum of 10 days for deliveries in Italy and abroad.
Please “conditionally accept” every package that is not perfectly undamaged, this will help us to proceed with a substitution procedures if appropriated.

Returns

If the product is damaged or it is not in perfect condition you may ask for a free replacement or for a refund within 8 days.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal allows the purchaser to return the product within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
Purchased goods should not have being used and the original packaging should be intact and undamaged.

Online shopping, as well as purchases made outside of business premises, is regulated by the law on protection of consumers in respect of distance contacts. Therefore, the applicable law is the Leg. Decree no. 185 of 22/05/99 (hereinafter the “Law”), under which buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to the article 5 of the Law. Under article 1, paragraph 1 letter a) of the Law, a consumer is “every individual acting for purposes other than business”. Therefore, only consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract, while those who, for any reason, purchase for the purpose of reselling to thirds are excluded from such right.
The right of withdrawal allows customers to return what they purchased and be reimbursed for the whole purchase price.

within 10 days after communication with which he exercised his right of withdrawal.
All items returned must be in original condition and in the original packaging, and must include all handbooks and parts provided with them. THEY MUST BE UNOPENED. The customer should protect the items, the original packaging, as well as any handbooks by an appropriate packaging to prevent damage and the application of writings or labels. Any transport charges and risks incurred for the return of the items are on the customer. Only UNUSED AND INTACT ITEMS shall be accepted (THE EXTERNAL PACKAGING USED DURING TRANSIT MUST BE UNDAMAGED AND UNOPENED, TOO).
In all other cases, items must not be returned. For the terms specified above, the date as postmark shall be used as reference.
Once the abovementioned withdrawal procedure has been fulfilled by the customer and within 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, we shall take the necessary steps to reimburse the customer for the overall amount paid, to the exclusion of return expenses, under the terms requested by the customer itself.
